Creative Jack is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays, to ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time; we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

All Orders Booked before 13.00 Hours is expected to be shipped on the same business day. Orders booked after that will be shipped on the next working day. Orders booked between (Saturdays 13.00 Hours to Monday 14.00 Hours) will be shipped on Monday.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Most of the orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Bulky and Hazardous Products cannot be shipped by Air and will be sent by Surface Transport which includes but not restricted to Aerosol Products, Canvas Rolls, Liquids, Large Sized Papers, etc. and will have a transit time of 6-7 working days depending on the location. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. We require complete address with phone number & pin code number to ship the goods. No dispatches will be made without a valid phone number. We do not ship to FPO/APO and P.O Box addresses.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT IN DAMAGED CONDITION?

If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 022-26339794 or email us at info@creativejack.in; mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

All efforts will be made that your orders are supplied in full. However, sometimes it does happen that some products which you order are out of stock. In that case we will contact you by phone or email so that you can choose another product if you wish. If the substitution is not possible, we will ship the remaining goods. If we have received the payment in excess, we will refund the amount to your account.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES ON our PRODUCTS?

We charge a shipping fee of Rs. 100 for orders upto Rs. 1000. We provide free shipping on all products if your total order amount is more than Rs. 1000/-.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Since we are operating Pan India as a result we are using reputed courier services. You would be provided a tracking Id once your order is dispatched or you can always call up the customer care and get the information regarding your order.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION

WHAT IS Creative Jack’s RETURN POLICY?

Creative Jack offers a 7 day replacement guarantee for all products sold on our website. Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect, or damage due to transportation, and is invalid in cases of damages due to normal wear & tear, incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product, and negligence on part of the customer. Customers may notify us of any damage or defect within 7 days from the date of delivery, and ship the product back to us for a free replacement. To ensure a seamless return for you, we are required to get the product condition checked before sending out the replacement unit. Hence, we need to acquire the defective/damage product before processing replacement or a refund. In case we do not have the same product in stock, we reserve the right to offer an alternate product. The refund policy is not applicable for any consumable item which has been used or installed, products with tampered or missing serial numbers, any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, and any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered. Please ensure you pack the item(s) securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend you use a reliable courier service.

WHAT IS Creative Jack’s CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. Until the order is shipped, you can cancel your order by logging into your account on www.creativejack.in, or contacting customer support. In this case, once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, we would need a minimum of 5 business days to cancel the order and initiate refund. Please note that post our initiation of your refund, it may take upto 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Creative Jack. You have the option to request a cash refund, in which case the money will be refunded back to the source from which you had originally paid, or opting for a voucher that can be redeemed on www.creativejack.in In case your product has been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy mentioned above.
